David Osborne
David has responsibility for serious crime, complex fraud and cases involving particular legal difficulty. He has extensive experience of white collar crime and money laundering offences, both in his traditional role as a litigator and as an advocate.
David is an experienced advocate and has represented clients in both the Crown and Appellate courts. He has dealt with cases of murder, fraud, money laundering, drug conspiracies, sexual offences and organised crime. He is a founding member of Perren Buildings, one of the country’s leading solicitor-advocate chambers.

Gilva Tisshaw
Gilva Tisshaw is a solicitor with significant experience of Family Law and is the firm’s Managing Partner. She specialises in Ancillary Relief and whilst the majority of her caseload is private client based, she continues to offer assistance to legal aid clients. Gilva is both approachable to her clients and respected by other solicitors in her field. She is a member of both the Family Law Panel and Advanced Family Law Panel. Gilva is a member of The Sussex Law Society Committee, past President of the Sussex Law Society and is an Assistant Deputy Coroner for the City of Brighton and Hove.
Rod Hayler
Rod Hayler joined the Partnership in 2005 after a successful period as an Associate Solicitor. He now heads the Criminal Litigation Department. He enjoys a first class reputation as a criminal lawyer and has worked on a number of high profile cases including murder, fraud and terrorism. Rod has Higher Rights of Audience which entitle him to represent clients in the Crown Court and Appellate Courts. Rod is accredited by the Institute of Prison Law to provide advice and representation to those serving terms of imprisonment.
