Separation Agreements

Many clients decide that they do not wish to necessarily proceed with a divorce at that time or there are insufficient grounds to do so, but they wish to formalise the financial matters between them. A separation agreement can be drawn up once the parties have reached agreement outlining their financial arrangements either with our assistance or the assistance of a mediation provider. This can then be implemented in the terms of a Consent Order as and when divorce proceedings are commenced. With our specialist knowledge we are able to help our clients reach such an agreement.
